Copyright & Ownership: All images displayed in these collections are the exclusive intellectual property of Fifty1 Media and are protected under federal copyright laws.
Usage License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use of downloaded images. Unauthorized commercial use, resale, or alteration (including re-editing or applying filters) of these images is strictly prohibited.
Store Purchases & Shipping: Physical print and canvas orders are fulfilled by professional third-party labs. While we guarantee high-quality products, shipping times and delivery damage are subject to the carrier's policies. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days regarding any defects.
Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all digital image downloads are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
